Powerful production grade CNC machine with ball screws, linear guides and high Z-capacity offers high level of precision and big work surface possibilities of half or full standard 2440x1220mm sheets. It's equipped with a several optional UCCNC control board up to 4 axis', drivers and inverter. (UCCNC requires a Windows PC which is not included)
Our Polar Bear PRO CNC machines are always ready build and fully tested to give our customers the quality and service they deserve.
The machine electronics come ready built and configured in a dust proof enclosure. Connect the Ethernet cable to your Windows PC and start the machine.
The Polar Bear PRO CNC machines are targeted for professional and educational facilities who can't afford industrial capacity machines but need to produce medium to large series of wooden, plastic and non-ferrous parts.
Linear guides and ball screws on all axis
The Polar Bear PRO CNC machines comes with HGR20 linear guides and 20mm ball screws for a high level of precision, speed and rigidity with long service intervals.
Multiple Spindles
The PRO version Z-axis comes pre-drilled to fit the following:
Spinogy spindles
Mechatron and generic 80mm spindles
Our selection of Mechatron spindles allows you to upgrade from a manual toolchange spindle to a ATC model by just adding the Mechatron ATC adapter to your Mechatron spindle.
High Z-axis clearance
Due to the thick and strong aluminium gantry plates and strong aluminium profiles, we are able to offer a high z-axis that is still accurate and rigid, even at high speeds.
Optional table tops
We offer different optional table tops to smoothen your workholding and making the process easier. Available are both higher end and budget friendly table tops.
The MDF top with aluminium t-tracks has enough thickness allowing your to surface plane it multiple times. The t-slot tracks fits M8 hex head bolts and many different type of clamps available from Polar Bear.
The PE500 or MDF vacuum tables allows you for fast and easy workholding for your CNC routing.
Optional tramming adapter plate
With our adapter plate, you are able to tram the spindle in X and Y directions for ultimate accuracy.
Optional laser heads
The Polar Bear CNC machine can easily be converted or upgraded with a laser cutting/engraving head such as from OPT Laser. The 6W laser can be inserted into our standard 43mm spindle mount and the 15W laser can be attached to the Z-axis plate.
Optional table frame
Our table frame is easy to assemble, rigid and lightweight.

The calculations are based on the Grenke leasing price list, which does not include insurance. Insurance is compulsory and the customer can either purchase their own insurance or take it out with the same contract. Leasing financing is only granted to companies with a valid business ID.
