Levelling frame for insert plates

Levelling frame for insert plates

Levelling frame for mounting plates in Router Table

Levelling frame developed for the installation of sauter ELP insert panels and OFL router lifts

Dimensions of the frame:

  • Outside: 305 x 228 mm
  • Interior: 280 x 204 mm
  • Thickness: 1 mm
  • Radius: 6 mm

The sheet steel frame is inserted into the rebate of the table cut-out for the mounting plate/inlay plate or the router lift. This prevents the levelling screws,( included with the delivery of the EPL/OFL inserts) from sinking into the router table over time, thus insuring a perfectly level surface. This optional extra is not a must, but, especially in the long run, the solution for the professional router table.
