This edgebanding table enables the portable edgebanders BR300, BR500 & DR500 and trimmer PD80 to be used in a stationary mode. This is very useful when carrying out multiple similar tasks such as a batch of table tops or drawer fronts. Also allows a stress-free banding of very thin or curved pieces as well as pieces with problematic vacuum clamping.
The Table comes equipped with an electric socket with a switch, allowing convenient turning on and off when working. The table can be also fitted with an IGM PD80 edge trimmer. So you can quickly trimm the edges of bonded furniture, comfortably and smoothly. The table is also fitted with cutting shears, for simple cutting of tape when working.
A set of clever magnetic sliding pads allow you to support a workpiece when trimming without any risks of damaging it. The table is comes with a rotating tape holder, suitable for different coil diameters.
Four mini vacuum holders allow for a much more simpler and safer manipulation with smaller and thin parts. The whole table can be folded and transported out on a job, however you will make the most use of it in a workshop.
