When it comes to attaching flat workpieces quickly and easily for processing, vacuum tables are unbeatable: place the blank, switch on the vacuum, done - ideally, it is as quick and simple as it reads. So far, however, the comparatively high price has often spoken against use for hobby purposes. But that is changing now.
This is made possible by the discovery that MDF panels are air-permeable. In a sandwich with a substructure with air channels, a workpiece support that offers suction over the entire surface is created - the holes you see in the photos are used for fastening with M6 x 12 cylinder head screws.

In most cases a normal vacuum cleaner is sufficient to create the vacuum.

The calculations are based on the Grenke leasing price list, which does not include insurance. Insurance is compulsory and the customer can either purchase their own insurance or take it out with the same contract. Leasing financing is only granted to companies with a valid business ID.
