MicroJig Zeroplay Miter Bar (Single)

Build your own kick-back free sliding sleds quickly and precisely.

Create precise sleds for your table saw, router table and band saw quickly and easily with the ZEROPLAY Miter Bar. You adjust the fit of the ZEROPLAY from above after it is mounted to the sled base, so you can control the exact fit you want; gliding feather-light along your table with zero side-to-side movement. Truly zero play with the ZEROPLAY Miter Bars. Fits any standard 3/4” miter slot.

 Advantages & features:

  • Allows you to build your own backlash-free sliding carriage for table saws and routers.
  • Length of the miter bar is 233 mm - 243 mm depending on the width setting
  • Adjustable to guide grooves with widths from 18.54 mm to 20 mm and depths of at least 7.94 mm
  • Made of strong and durable glass-fibre reinforced plastic
  • Threaded sleeves, for holding the specially designed sliding carriage, made of solid brass
  • Detailed, illustrated instruction manual included
  • Not compatible with the Bosch GTS 10 XC!
