3. Prices and availability
The prices of the products are specified on the website of our online store. Prices or product information are subject to change without notice. All prices include 24% VAT. Delivery costs will be added to the price of the products depending on the weight of the products and the method of shipment, except for orders where the customer chooses pick-up as the delivery method.
If there are obvious price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.
We always check prices at the time of order processing. When the price decreases, we correct the prices to the customer's open order. If the price of the product rises before the order is shipped, we will deliver them at the original price. If we need to change the price of a product due to a price change, tax change or error on the sites made by the product supplier, we will send the customer an email asking them to either confirm or reject the change. If the customer does not accept the change, the transaction will be canceled.
In the case of any special agreements, the content of that agreement shall apply to the prices.
Discounts offered to the customer
We offer various discounts through our Discount Point program. Discounts are offered as they are on the website for the product. If any discount or benefit is not calculated due to human error or technical reason, it is the customer's responsibility to report the matter in order to receive that benefit. See details below.
In the case of wholesale prices, prices are agreed on a contract-by-contract basis.
Availability
Product availability information can be found above the product price.
Delivery time estimates are based on information provided by importers and manufacturers. Nettiverstas Oy or the suppliers used by it are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside its scope. The liability is otherwise limited to the purchase price of the product and transport costs.
The age limits of the products are observed as prescribed by law.
Most of the products displayed in our online store are usually in stock, unless otherwise stated in the product description. However, we do not guarantee that the stock situation will always be up to date. For multiple products, the customer has the option to order more products than are available in stock. In addition, we also have custom products in our selection, which are often not in stock.
Product availability explanations:
1-3 business days - the product is in stock and can be delivered to the customer within 1-3 business days after ordering the product
2-5 business days, 10-15 business days and 15-20 business days - the product is temporarily out of stock. Delivery times are estimated according to the delivery information provided by the suppliers or replenishment orders may already be on their way to us.
If, after confirming the order, it turns out that the product cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, we will contact the customer. In this case, the customer also has the option of canceling the order if we have not done so ourselves.
4. Delivery methods and delivery time for orders
We offer a comprehensive range of transport for orders. You can read more about delivery methods and their service content in the delivery method information.
You can see the delivery price after selecting the product in the shopping cart either from the shopping cart page or at checkout. The online store offers a delivery method and automatically calculates the shipping price according to the content of the order. Delivery options are affected by e.g. product size and weight. This can limit delivery methods for larger machines, for example. The weight and size restrictions of the delivery methods are determined by the Transport Companies, these cannot be influenced by Nettiverstas Oy.
Delivery time
Usually the customer will receive the ordered products within 2-5 working days of the order, if the ordered products are in stock. (The delivery time estimate includes the processing of the e-commerce order and the delivery time estimated by the supplier.)
Orders with shorter and longer delivery times are always delivered as one delivery - all at oncea, unless otherwise agreed. We deliver the products to the address provided by the customer and we are not responsible for the address provided incorrectly.
The products of an individual order can be delivered in several shipments, if this is agreed with the customer separately. The customer is obliged to contact us for a separate delivery. If the product availability information has been correct with the order and the customer requests delivery in two batches, we will charge the customer for additional delivery postage according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.
Nettiverstas Oy is not obliged to reserve other products of the same order to the customer if the availability of one product is poor or its delivery is delayed for reasons beyond Nettiverstas Oy's control. Alternatively, the customer can accept either a delayed post-delivery of the product or cancellation of the order. Postage for postage will be charged according to the normally valid price list. The products in the order are reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order is canceled unless the customer has agreed to subsequent delivery in accordance with the terms of Nettiverstas Oy.
All delivery times on our sites are estimates based on the normal availability, processing and delivery time of the products. If the delivery time is longer than estimated in the online store, we will contact the customer after receiving the order.
Pick up orders
We also offer our customers the opportunity to pick up their orders.
Pick-up of e-commerce orders takes place from our Rovaniemi service store, address Hallitie 16, 96320 Rovaniemi. We will notify the customer by e-mail when the order can be picked up from our store.
For Festool products, we offer the possibility to pick up an order from a Festool importer at the Vantaa office (Mäkituvantie 7, 01510 Vantaa).
The pick-up option only applies to orders that contain only Festool products. We will notify the customer when the order can be picked up from the Vantaa store.
If the order has products in Rovaniemi's warehouse, they will be delivered separately and postage will be charged according to the delivery method desired by the customer.
Transfer of ownership of products
Ownership of the object of the transaction belongs to the seller until the full purchase price has been paid and the debtor has no right to transfer the property further, attach it to other property or otherwise dispose of the property as the owner.
5. Payment
Current information on payment methods can be found on the Nettiverstas Oy website.
Business customers have the opportunity to apply for a billing customer through our customer service. For corporate customers, we require payment of the first purchase in advance. For more information, either by e-mail at customerspalvelu@je-nettiverstas.fi or by calling our customer service.
6. Return Policy and Warranty
Upon receipt of the order, the customer is obliged to immediately inspect the shipment and familiarize himself with any accompanying instructions and conditions of use of the product.
The consumer customer has the right to cancel his order within 14 days of receiving the ordered product. The 14-day cancellation period is calculated from the receipt of the ordered goods or the last batch of goods.
Before returning the ordered product, the customer is obliged to contact our customer service about the return and return the ordered product according to the instructions.
We will refund the purchase price to the account indicated by the customer when the product has been returned to us and we have checked that the product is faultless and in good condition for sale. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Returned products must be carefully packaged.
If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, Nettiverstas Oy has the right to charge a write-down up to the full price of the product with return costs. We ask you to keep all documents related to the customer return carefully until you have received information about the receipt of the return from Nettiverstas Oy.
Return costs
Nettiverstas Oy is responsible for return costs when the return has been made in accordance with the instructions given by the customer service and if the return can be made using the parcel service. In the case of a product that requires freight transport (more than 30 kg or large), the customer pays the cost of the return, if there is no defect in the product, or this has been separately agreed.
In the event of a defect, or an error that can be easily corrected, Nettiverstas Oy has the right to correct the product error at its own expense, provided that this does not cause unreasonable inconvenience to the customer, for example due to the waiting time.
The product has no right of return if it has been specially manufactured, ordered or modified at the request of the buyer. For example, the condition does not apply to post-delivery orders that do not include individual products purchased at the customer's special request.
Unclaimed shipment is not considered a customer return. For unsolicited shipments, the subscriber is obliged to reimbursean shipping and return costs, as well as a possible cash on delivery fee and € 15 administration costs, for a total of at least € 30.
What do I do if the product I ordered is different from the one I ordered?
Contact our customer service.
We regret that this has happened. We will send you the right product without delay. We strive to make returning the wrong product as smooth and easy as possible. We are also responsible for shipping costs. When returning, please provide your account number to reimburse the cost of shipping and attach the original shipment that came with the product. The returned product must be returned in its original packaging.
What do I do if the product I ordered is defective?
We take responsibility for products with a material or manufacturing defect. We will try to replace the product with a new one, but if the customer so wishes, we will refund the money to the account indicated by the customer once the defective product has been returned. The price of the products will be returned to the customer no later than within 30 days of receiving the return.
In all cases, please contact us immediately using the contact information found here. The surest way to reach us is to send us an email. We aim to respond as soon as possible, but no later than two business days.
7. Warranty, Support and Liability for Defects
Our products have a one (1) year warranty, unless otherwise stated for the product. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal use, or breakage due to improper use. In order to receive the guarantee, you must be able to present proof of purchase. An order confirmation, invoice, receipt or other document proving that the product was purchased from us is valid as proof.
The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer. You are obliged to read the warranty conditions supplied with the product before using the product. Warranty conditions can be found in the operating instructions, a separate warranty form or the web address provided by the manufacturer. As a rule, the warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the product. The warranty period is specified in the product information.
Warranty repairs are generally carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's or importer's warranty conditions.
Nettiverstas Oy is liable for the products' statutory liability for defects when the product warranty has expired or the warranty has not been granted. For more information, please email customerspalvelu@je-nettiverstas.fi.
8. Complaints
The customer is obliged to present a proof of purchase, receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase in connection with the return or when claiming a defect in the goods.
Complaints will only be processed in writing. A free-form complaint can be submitted either by e-mail to customerspalvelu@je-nettiverstas.fi. The website has the option to leave customer feedback or fill out a complaint form.
Settlement of disputes and place of jurisdiction: The consumer customer has the right to submit disputes arising from this agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). The consumer also has access to the online dispute resolution forum (http://ec.europa.eu/odr) maintained by the European Commission. The customer may bring an action against Nettiverstas Oy in disputes concerning disputes arising from the contractual relationship, either in the district court of Nettiverstas Oy's domicile in Rovaniemi. If the Customer is not domiciled in Finland, disputes will be handled in the district court of Nettiverstas Oy's domicile.
Representation fees are not reimbursed, as the Consumer Advice and the Consumer Disputes Board provide assistance in resolving disputes free of charge.
9. Additional Terms for Business Customers
Nettiverstas Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or loss of income caused by the product and / or service. Nettiverstas Oy's liability is always limited to the content of these terms and conditions. Liability for product defects is limited to the possible return of the purchase price less the operating benefit.
The warranty period for equipment purchased for business use is determined in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions, and the end of the warranty period terminates Nettiverstas Oy's liability. Physical opening of the product to modify the device will void the warranty and the seller's liability, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Nettiverstas Oy reserves the right to direct corporate customers to deal directly with the manufacturer or a service center authorized by the manufacturer. Further information on maintenance can be requested from Nettiverstas Oy's customer service.
Billing customers
Only companies, associations and organizations can order Nettiverstas Oy's products against an invoice. We require the invoicing customer to have a valid delivery and invoicing address in Finland, as well as the right to purchase in the company. The company must also be entered in the trade register. Finallyhowever, the customer is responsible for the order as an individual and has undertaken to pay for the order if the company / association / entity refuses to pay for the order.
Nettiverstas Oy reserves the right to perform a credit check whenever necessary when the method of payment is an invoice. We charge a € 4 billing surcharge for the invoice for the sale. The invoice is dated according to the delivery date. For companies, the payment term for the first invoice is an advance payment, unless otherwise agreed. Payment term for our billing customers according to the agreement 14, 21 or 30 days net. The default interest rate is 15%. We will send one payment reminder for an unpaid invoice. In this case, a € 5 reminder fee and accrued interest on the invoice will be added to the invoice. After the first reminder, debt collection is transferred to the debt collection agency. The costs of collection are paid by the customer.
The product is the property of Nettiverstas Oy until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Our service will keep the products for three (3) months after the customer has been notified of the completion of the service / work. The product is then recycled.
Nettiverstas Oy is not obliged to fulfill the contract if it encounters a force majeure that it cannot reasonably overcome. Nettiverstas Oy is not obligated to compensate the customer for damage or costs caused to the customer in the event of force majeure, and is entitled to terminate the agreement.
By submitting an order and / or a request for quotation, the customer unequivocally accepts Nettiverstas Oy's terms and conditions. Any contract terms used by the customer are not complied with if they are in conflict with Nettiverstas Oy's contract terms.
