PLH3D-6W-XF to PLH3D-6W-XF+ Upgrade Parts Kit allows you to upgrade your old generation XF laser head to the new generation XF+ laser head. This kit will enable you to upgrade your laser with additional accessories such as High-Pressure Air Assist Nozzle and the uSpot Lens Upgrade, both of which allow you to achieve higher throughput and enhanced processing quality.
This kit makes it possible to upgrade your old generation XF laser head to the latest generation PLH3D-6W-XF+ laser head. Such an upgrade allows you to install additional accessories such as the High-Pressure Air Assist Nozzle and the uSpot Lens Upgrade. The High-Pressure Air Assist Nozzle can increase the speed of laser cutting and engraving by up to 6.5 times compared to the base speed (typically doubling or tripling the laser processing speed) and significantly improve the quality obtained. The uSpot Lens Upgrade, on the other hand, increases the laser cutting and engraving speed by up to 2.5 times compared to the base speed (typically allowing you to achieve 40% to 80% higher throughput) and yields the highest optical power density at the focal spot for a 6 W laser head.
