We offer a comprehensive range of order delivery methods different delivery options.
We deliver orders from our warehouse in Rovaniemi on a daily basis using Posti and Matkahuolto's services. Once your order has been processed for delivery, we will send you an e-mail notification.
We reserve the right to change the delivery method if the ordered product is not suitable for delivery by the selected delivery method. Restricted only to the maximum dimensions and weight of the package.
Delivery time approximately 2 business days.
The shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the order:
0-2kg 9 €
2-15kg 19 €
15-30kg 29 €
30-70kg 59 €

You can place your order in our online store and pick it up from our store. You can pay for the order online or in the store.
E-commerce orders can be picked up from the Rovaniemi service store, Hallitie 16, 96320 Rovaniemi.
We will notify the customer when the order can be picked up from our store.
For Festool products, we offer our customers the option to pick up an order from a Festool importer at their Vantaa office (Mäkituvantie 7, 01510 Vantaa). Pickup option applies to only orders containing Festool products.
If the order contains products in Rovaniemi's warehouse, they will be delivered separately and will be charged according to the customer's desired delivery method.
We will notify the customer when the order can be picked up from the Vantaa store.
Festool orders are paid before picking up.

Deliveries to businesses and schools are generally delivered between 8 and 16 days without notice. A separate notice must be agreed separately.
